These terms apply to transfers and services booked directly with Panther Tourism, a trade name of PantherOcean Lda (NIPC 515491268), licensed travel agency RNAVT 8646, Praceta António Vicente Campinas, Loja 4, R/C Frente Esq., 8005-214 Faro, Portugal.
A booking is confirmed when we send you a written confirmation by WhatsApp, text message or email with the date, time, route, vehicle and price. Please check the details and tell us at once if anything is wrong.
Prices are per vehicle, not per person, and include VAT, luggage within the vehicle's capacity, child seats, tolls and 60 minutes waiting after the flight lands (15 minutes for other pickups). Pickups between 00:00 and 06:00 carry a supplement of €10. Return trips booked together receive a 10% discount on the total.
You can pay the driver in cash or by card, or online through a secure payment link. Some bookings, such as groups or long-distance trips, may require advance payment.
Changes are free, subject to availability. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are free of charge and fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours, or a passenger who does not show up, may be charged the full price.
We track your flight and adjust the pickup at no cost. If you cannot find your driver, call or message +351 928 480 629.
Please tell us the correct number of passengers, suitcases, child seats and special items (golf bags, bicycles, wheelchairs). If the vehicle booked is too small, we will try to provide a larger one at the corresponding price.
Seat belts are mandatory. Smoking is not allowed in our vehicles. Drivers may refuse transport to passengers who put safety at risk.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
